"The worst insurance agent I have had with the exception of Progressive insurance. Useless! Doesn’t listen! Isn’t honest & cost me money because he can’t do his job properly! He lied to me about needing to send a certified letter to your neighbors about their intrusive trees. He never calls me back or answers my emails & he didn’t run my credit again as I asked before renewing my policy. That adversely affects the price because there was a CC on my credit that wasn’t mine and it lowered my score a lot before I lawyered up and handled it! Deplorable service is all I’ve gotten from Jason & his worker bee what’s his name. They don’t care about me so why should I care about them? Now Jason expects me to call corporate and do his job for him as if I know who at “corporate” I’m supposed to have do his job for him because your agent is supposed to handle your policy and run your credit according to StateFarm & he ran my credit last year so why can’t he do it now when I had the identity theft removed from my credit & it’s WAY better? I just got my bill and my policy went up when my coverage hasn’t changed & my credit had improved significantly! I would not recommend this company/agent to anybody!"

"Updating to add: apparently they thought it was a great idea, after creating this terrible experience the first time, to send me a letter in the mail offering to quote me insurance rates again. Seriously, screw this specific State Farm office and they've guaranteed I'll NEVER use State Farm insurance ever. Kyle thought it was appropriate to call me out of the blue offering to "go over my new quote" for my vehicles and how he could "save me money over 'Owners' " (not my current provider) and I told him no and I wasn't interested at all. What followed afterward was a text again offering the same thing and trying to get me to call or email him about my quote. And yet again, after that, he sent me an email as well with the exact same information after already being told no. All of this was completely unwelcome and unsolicited, very annoying and frustrating interaction with this location dealing in shady business practices and badgering someone clearly not interested."

"Great at first to get the sale but since it’s been a nightmare. Underwriting took a month, we had to follow up at each step. Several things about our “savings” were never disclosed like having to put the car plug ins that monitor your driving. Found after after moving homeowners that our umbrella policy wouldn’t be covered which we had with our previous company. Total bait and switch. They messed up our homeowners policies as well. We have had at minimum 50 calls/emails and hours of our time trying to fix all the issues. Do not fall for their “quotes”, they will get you to switch providers and give you a binder but all that can change after the fact like it did with us. He will claim it’s the “system” Statefarm uses."

"I had been in contact with Jason and his team since last year and recently moved all my auto and home policies over to State Farm thru Jason’s agency. Not only did this move save me an enormous amount of money but the hands on service i received from Savanah was top notch. Savanah was very attentive to my needs and wants and very knowledgeable with the current products i had and what and how State Farm would be better suited for me and my family. While the savings was a big factor for me to move to Jason and State Farm, the level of attention i get from Savanah is the biggest reason why i moved my business.
